Georgia - My favorite place in the world

 Georgia, a former republic of the Soviet union, is the most beautiful country in the world. It is located in the crossroads between western Asia and Eastern Europe, on the shores of the black sea, south of the Caucasus Mountains. It has the most beautiful views in the world and it's nature is breathtaking. 

I was born in Tbilisi the capital of Georgia and lived there almost half of my life. I always enjoy remembering my childhood  going to the villages during summer vacations, watching the beautiful nature, the high mountains, the green forests and the many rivers. Georgia's climate is very pleasant. Although it can be snowy, it is not too cold in the winter and in the summer it is not too hot.  That's why it is easy to grow vegetables and fruits in Georgia.

Family Fun

 Fed up with looking for a place to travel with the entire family? Tired of hearing "I'm bored" from your older kids and at the same time chasing after your young ones for whom the site was not appropriate?

Families with various aged kids might be nodding in agreement at this point. It is very hard to find an idea for a family trip that is appropriate for both teenagers and toddlers alike.

 Enter the Prat Stream -- or as it is better known -- Nachal Prat. Nachal Prat is a beautiful, sparkling stream located in the Anatot settlement, under the auspicies of the Nature Reserve Authority.

Hungary

 I used to visit Hungary a lot, but since the Covid19 Pandemic started to spread all over the countries, sadly, I haven't been there this year. I bet almost everyone knows Hungary! It is a country in central Europe. In this review I will show you why you should visit it in winter and in summer as well. 

A place I would like to live in

I have tried to be content with the place I have resided in throughout my life, a regular village  near Jerusalem,  After some contemplation , I realized  that The place I will choose  to live will be calm and won’t cause me stress,” I said to myself, and kept on thinking of a calm place that has lake and trees .

 

From my early childhood,When my parents took me to Tiberias  for the first time, I was literally shocked by nature's beauty and the amazing feeling of freedom , Since that time, I kept on visiting the lake every year. I traveled to several lakes and mountains in Italy last summer,. Every time I was visiting  the  lakes there,  I wondered if a person who lived  in those lakes and mountains could be miserable?

 

MY visit to Saudi Arabia

 

It was two hard days going to Saudi Arabia crossing the desert by Jordan, we had crossed two countries by bus:  first we went to Jordan and from there proceeded to Saudi Arabia. all the travelers gathered in the village square heading to Saudi Arabia, to perform Umrah. Not only was the journey gruelling we had to change our passports to Jordanian passports to enter Saudi Arabia.

My emotions prior to my living in Belgium.

As a child, I always thought about how lovely and what an experience it could be if I were to live in a different country. I thought about how wonderful it could be to learn a new language and meet new people and thought about how amazing it could be to tell my children about this experience. For this piece of writing, you have to know that my father works for the prime minister’s office and he travels every week. My father would leave the country on Sunday morning and would come back on Friday morning. 

When I was at the beginning of fifth grade my parents came into my room and told me and my sister, who was with me playing a card game, and they told me that the whole family is going to move to Belgium because of my father’s workplace request. At first, I was amazed that someone actually heard what I had said to myself (the thought of how cool it could be to live abroad) and I was very excited!! Slowly, slowly the news sunk in, and then I started to process the fact that I will be moving to another country and that I have to say goodbye to my family, friends, school, house, and Israel! I was never good at goodbyes and I absolutely HATE changes! I started to cry and started to worry about all the changes that I was going to encounter. My parents consoled me and told me that it was going to be okay and that we will go through this together as a family so I shouldn’t feel alone. That sentence really made me feel better.

The "Bnei Akiva" organization sends shlichim every year to different locations in order to encourage Aliya (moving to Israel). Sapir (my friend) and I met on the organization's "shlichut" (being an educational representative abroad) for the first time, and had the most powerful experience together, without having known each other before. I had a dream to go on a shlichut for a long time.
